Nice place to stay. We loved it. Positive: Entering the keycode needs some getting used to. The outside gate was open and not lockable by us We loved the pool. I would suggest to do a cleaning of the floor once in a while though. The AC worked great. Distance to Busch Gardens was only 5 minutes by car. Using an Uber is recommended: Cheaper and drop-off right at front entrance. Kids loved the gaming options Negative: Since people usually don't stay for several weeks: Would it be too much to provide cleaning tabs for the dishwasher? For instance one per each day booked? Just an idea: Please update the pictures on booking. pool table is different gaming room has a different setup

IT WAS NOT WORTH $1000! AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE $300 ADDED “DAMAGE” DEPOSIT BACK! I video recordedevery room when we Positive: beds comfortable, pool table Negative: Where do I start? It took over an hour to be contacted on how to enter the property because of the manner in how to open the and unlock the door. The instructions are wrong. The property needs to be professionally deep cleaned. The bath towels need to be thrown away. - they were dingy and several were stained or not even clean. We lost a day use of the pool because it was dirty. Upon entering, it smelled like something was dead…rotting meet in the garbage disposal. The dishes, pots and pans were just wiped off. Rusted baking pans. We didn’t even attempt to go on the patio. The lawn was unkept.

Great house, not so great location Positive: The size of house, the washer dryer, game rooms Negative: Didn’t feel safe, gate on pool did not latch, inside door was very hard to open at night coming in late, once in was hard to dead bolt without playing with lock. Master bedroom didn’t seem to have air, and the shower had zero water pressure. We tried to get “early check in” our flight landed at 8am, not only was it not available we got checked in almost 1 hour late. And than laundry wasn’t ready so they brought blankets back at 10pm Area was ran down, grass was extremely tall. The apartment complex close by has lots of homeless people & shopping carts outside. When we left to catch our morning flights there was people fighting and screaming at 3am. Size of the house is great, location is terrible due to the surroundings. I didn’t feel safe using the outdoor pool at night due to so many walkers in the area screaming and roaming at all Hours of the night. Coming home and the door never unlocking made it feel a bit in easy. The property manager was great, with any questions I had. Just over all an uneasy week due to the security of no doors properly locking. Looking back over the reviews it seems that this is a ongoing issue and has been stated several Times.
